Shipping Policy

At Decant Supply House, we carefully package each order to help ensure your items arrive safely and securely.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 5-7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During busy periods, sales, or high-volume launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected, package weight, and destination.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Decant Supply House is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, holiday delays, or other transit issues outside of our control.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Decant Supply House is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or refusal of delivery, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the package.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Decant Supply House is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please check with neighbors, household members, your local post office, or the carrier directly. We will do our best to assist with filing a claim when applicable.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the issue and determine the best resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an issue with your order.

International Shipping

At this time, Decant Supply House may only ship within the United States.
